Thanksgiving break! Thanks to the strange wisdom of BYU, I don't have classes next week (I have several angry students who DO have classes planning my horrific death as we speak...including my husband) but that doesn't mean that I get time off. Heavens no. My director decided to drop a bombshell on us this week, just five days before milestone (deadline). Our workload has more than quadrupled. So instead of sipping byu creamery chocolate milk on a sandy dune somewhere in southern utah, I get to sit at my dark desk and rub a mouse on a table. Not to mention the tons of homework I have to tackle and the Lion and the Mouse scene I'm supposed to have done in the next 24 hours. Whoopee. I may sound a little pessimistic but quite honestly I'm very happy. I get sad when I'm bored. I haven't been this happy in years (aside from the homesickness for Florida).
Enough about me. How are you?
Happy Thanksgiving!

I couldn't help it, that made me laugh. I never thought of it that way... but it is! *rub rub rub*
Dangit, I'm having such a hard time trying to copy anime drawings. No wonder they don't actually animate their shows... the level of detail for me to screw up is ridiculous, even on the simple-looking ones. And the faces I draw always look like fanart drawn by 13-year-olds. Woe is me. :'(

Do you know what kind of character you're going to do?
