Well, school has been back in session for a entire week already, and despite the lack of classes it was still a busy holiday break. Some big things have happened at work that kind of...well...change everything.
I was planning to graduate at the end of this semester, but that's not going to happen anymore. After an offer at work and a week of prayerful thinking, I decided to accept...I guess you could call it a promotion?...Anyway, I'm working twice as much as I was before (doubled my hours) and getting paid a quite a bit more as well. Nummy.
I'm still going to finish school (I'm sooo close), so I'm taking three classes this semester, a few in the summer, and possibly one or two in the fall. So what's going on this semester?
Senior Film Development-- A must have for seniors. And I actually get to attend dailies this semester. Hooray.
Art History-- The first half. The problem is the time of day and the ever-lulling voice of the professor. "He just kept talking in one, long, incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had the chance to interrupt...it was really quite hypnotic." -Captain Picard
Painting the Human Head-- So far the only thing I've learned is that I suck pretty bad. Hopefully it will get better once I brush up on my color theory.
